To whom it May Concern:
On behalf of the Seattle Mariners, I would like to thank Jim Risher and their entire staff for the attentive and professional manner in which our account has been managed and handled.
The Sign Factory produced three major signage and graphic design projects for the Seattle Mariners Safeco Field ballpark this year. they initially spent a great deal of time listening to our request and discussing our needs before supplying us with drawings of options we requested as well as alternate plans, which we ultimately selected. They easily translated our ideas and discussion into final products which enhance our ballpark.
Jim Risher and his staff brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to us. They took the time to familiarize themselves with the look of our ballpark before making any recommendations for the new signage projects being produced and installed, so their proposal would best match our existing facility. I have nothing but the highest praise for their dedication to excellence, timeliness of accomplishing the jobs in the time frame requested, and the highest quality workmanship along with “service with a smile”. Everyone from The Sign Factory connected with design, building, construction, and installation of our projects demonstrated their expertise which other local companies do not possess.
I would gladly recommend The Sign Factory to any of your potential clients who are looking for a company with quality workmanship, personalized attention, great pricing and outstanding service.
